Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept most merchandise returns within 45 days of purchase.

Need to return an item? Please review this return policy to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

• New & Unworn – items must be in original condition, with the tag attached. 

• Invoice – please include the full original invoice from your order, with the return and/or exchange information filled out on the back.

• Sale items – we cannot return on sale merchandise (marked with a * on of your invoice or SALE label in your cart)

• 45 Days – please postmark all returns within 45 days of the date of receipt. No returns postmarked after this time frame will be shipped back. For international orders 60 days of receipt will apply.

• U.S. and International returns & exchanges are free. Shipping fees will apply. 

• Raining Confidence reserves the right to change this Return Policy at any time.

Processing Returns & Exchanges

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please be sure to include your invoice and a completed Returns Form with your return package. This form can be downloaded from our website and was mailed with your invoice. For returns where we have made a mistake, please contact us for the return label for shipping. Please reach us at contact@rainingconfidence for this label.

Packages can be dropped off at any USPS location or given to your postal carrier. Please allow about three weeks for shipping, processing, and/or your refund.

Exchanges – We will not make exchanges for items returned. We will however offer a credit if you wish to purchase any other item.
